My friends actually complained to me about my unhealthy lifestyle .
& After long arguing , I've decided to go on a healthy lifestyle !
Which is ...
Sleeping early .
T_T
I will force myself to sleep early even if I can't .
And waking up early in the morning too .
Train myself to eat breakfast and coffee in the morning .
Listen to those super opera songs .
Maybe do some Yoga .. HAHAHA .
which i obviously don't know how to .
But breathing slowly does help you know .
Whatever that helps lah !
Lol , like they say it's true ?
Doing all these can help to improve your skin complexion , hormones and mood .
Yes , your mood !
Being a morning person , is normally more happy and ..
Will not throw temper easily .
Well , don't know whether it works ?
But I'm starting from today onwards !
To sleep before 11 .
and wake up at 4.30am for pm !
Dwelling yourself in prayers in the morning will be simply enjoyable !
Starting a new day with holy spirit is cool okay !
Okay , chop !
so this will work .
But today , I might have to sleep later ):
Because of some planning for V'day for cg .
okay ! gotta do some planning for tmr morning .
