Grandma came into my dreams yesterday night .
I dreamt of myself bathing , taking care of her in the past at her place .
Her body was very weak , and she was very ill then .
In the dream while i was massaging her ,
I kept holding on to her hands so tight .
So tight that i didn't wanna let go .

I kept telling her ,
ah ma , you must hang on . you have to be strong .
She was in real pain that she couldn't speak much .
But only kept looking at me ..
That expression of her face , I can never forget .


I then hugged her , and told her I love her .
And then she told me ,
Ah mei , mai kao ..mai kao .. ( don't cry ) in hokkien .
I then hold my tears and pat her to sleep .
That dream was so real that I can still feel my grandma's warmth .




I then was woke up by a call from my mother .
She told me that my grandpa is in hospital now and wants me to go visit him .
I then quickly rushed down by cab to look for my others relatives .
He was found fainted lying down on the floor in his wet clothes at the kitchen .

He was actually boiling water ,
And he fell asleep , and when he was trying to remove the kettle away from the stove .
The kettle slipped off from his hands and dropped on to his feets ..
By somehow , he fainted ..


He himself also couldn't remember what exactly happened .
Was so worried about him !
We talked for awhile , and find him still quite normal ..
Because he still remember me , and my sister who is studying overseas .

Funny thing was , when one of my cousin said bye to him ..
He thought my cousin was my sister , and asked her when is she coming back the next time !
I then laughed and told ah gong she's not my sister ..
Then he said .. she's so fair like your sister !

I then stared at mommy and we started laughing .


Grandpa refused to stay in the hospital .
So we agreed to bring him home since the doctor approves .



And now he's home .
My relatives are now all blaming on the maid that was hired by my aunt .
Blame her that she did not do her job well , blah blah ..
But well , I don't care .
I just want ah gong to be safe , and i told him not to boil water again .
can let the maid do the job .
then he said , he wont boil water anymore .
SEE ! my grandpa is obedient .

He then ask me to over to he place more often to accompany him .
I said okay ...


And he fell asleep .




I then speak a lil prayer over ah gong and went home .
